Delivery costs depends on your location.  You will have a number of different shipping options to select during the checkout process.

We ship our orders from our Florida warehouse each business day. Delivery times will depend on your postcode, your dispatch email will includes a tracking number that you can use to track your order. 

We know that it can often be hard to figure out your sizing and have created a sizing guide to help you out. The best guide is to select your pants based on your usual USA pant size, and see the corresponding FREDDY Size. FREDDY WR.UP® is a smaller Italian design so if you are in between sizes we suggest going up in size. Sizes are consistent across the denim, fashion and sport range so you will be the same size in each of these styles. For pants that indicate small in fit, we recommend going up a size. Yes, from time-to-time Freddy Store USA runs sales, promos, and discount codes. You can check our current promotions, subscribe to our newsletter (in the footer), or join us on Facebook and Instagram to stay in the loop. We suggest all three! ;)

We work hard to ensure all of our garments are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at support@freddystore.com

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their FREDDY purchases, in the unlikely event that you are not in love with our product we will gladly exchange or refund any regular priced new merchandise within 30 days from the shipping date.  View our returns and exchange policy here. 

All orders are considered final when confirmed at checkout. If you’ve purchased the wrong size, send us a quick email at support@freddystore.com  with your order details. But if your order is already on its way, you can exchange your product once it has arrived, by following the instructions here.

We regularly receive new stock as it becomes available from our Italian warehouse. If we don't currently have your preferred style or size, click on the "Notify Me when Available" button on the product page and you will receive an email from us the minute they are available again to buy.  

Most of the time, the tracking number we've sent is correct however it takes a few hours for tracking links to be updated on the DHL/USPS /Fedex/ International shipping company website.  Please check back after a few hours and your link should be updated. If your tracking is still not showing 48 hours after receiving your dispatch email, you can email us at support@freddystore.com  and we can investigate for you.

We understand the risks in buying an item of clothing without trying it on, feeling the fabric or seeing the colors in the flesh. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on all full priced items, starting from when you receive your parcel.  If you don't like the size or style after receiving your pants, you can return for an exchange or refund. We use two different techniques, fabric dyed and old dyed. Fabric Dyed is our standard coloring of the pant where we dye the fabric and then build the pant. Old Dyed is a special dying we use to obtain pastel colors, where we build the pant and then we dye it giving a more refined color.

DIWO stands for Dry In Wet Out. Made from polyester, our special elastic fabric is designed to move body sweat from inside your clothes to the outside. This helps keep your body temperature in check, so when you’re between workouts, you can avoid that post sweat chill from the moisture between your body and our fabric.

Payments can be made via your credit/debit card, Paypal, Klarna and Afterpay. Please note if you do pay via your Paypal account we will not be able to ship your order until funds have cleared. All prices are in US dollars.

Yes. All credit card information is encrypted to be safely transmitted to PayPal. Whether you are using your credit card, new or existing PayPal account, you can be assured your payment is secure. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

We don’t really have any specific instructions with getting out grease or tough stains, except to ensure that Special Care Guide instructions are being followed – hand wash in cold water, use mild detergent, do not soak and do not dry clean. We would also recommend you to get some professional advice from a local dry cleaner about the particular stain.

All our prices are in US Dollars (USD) currency. If you have chosen to change the currency via the location prompt, the prices may appear in your local currency.

If you have not received your order within the time frame provided, please immediately get in touch with your local mail service quoting your tracking number. This is the quickest way to get an update on your order. If they are unable to provide further information kindly get in touch with us right away at support@freddystore.com  and we will be happy to lodge an investigation request for you.

If you have purchased Shipping Protection with your order and your shipping or delivery issue falls within the mentioned table on this page, please reach out to our Customer support team at support@freddystore.com or click our Contact us page here to request for a replacement.

Unfortunately, the top and the bottom are a set and cannot be bought in different sizes.
